Things have been going great for the Los Angeles Clippers so far this season. They just went on a 17-game winning streak. They've worked their way to the top of the Western Conference's Pacific Division. And, they've outclassed the Los Angeles Lakers through the first two months of the year. But, tragedy just struck the organization in the worst way.

According to reports, Scott Ashley Sterling, the 32-year-old son of Clippers owner Donald Sterling, was found dead late last night in Malibu. Police haven't announced exactly what killed him. But, a Los Angeles County coroner has revealed that the death appears to be accidental and that authorities are treating it as a possible drug overdose. They'll do an autopsy soon to figure out exactly what killed Sterling's son and will make their findings public within the next few weeks.

We get on Sterling a lot for his poor management of the Clippers franchise. But, this is definitely a tragic situation. Our prayers go out to the Sterling family.
