A week ago, a lot of people had Peyton Manning and the Broncos as favorites to win the Super Bowl. Fast forward to today, and we have four teams left in the Super Bowl hunt–none of whom are the Denver Broncos. For Manning, it means it's time to hunt.

The quarterback recently took out his frustrations from his early postseason exit in a hunting trip with his friend, Rockies first baseman Todd Helton. Peyton was pretty on-target (unlike that final overtime drive) and Archie said that Peyton told him he "killed, in one day, a duck in Colorado and a deer in Mississippi.” Archie also noted that also Peyton is still disappointed with how the season ended, he's still thought positively of it: "He’s trying to get it out of his system. I don’t know when that happens or how. But when he reflects on it, he’s already said it, it was really a special year.”

It really was, though. The fact that he made that comeback and put himself in the running for the MVP and Comeback Player of the Year Awards is quite the achievement. The best part of it is we get a few more years of this.
