Kobe Bryant, who is enjoying one of the best years of his career so far this season, thinks there's a very simple explanation for why the Lakers are below-.500 right now.

"We're old as shit," he said yesterday after the Lakers lost 103-99 to the Sixers at the Staples Center. "What do you want? We just got to figure out how to play when we don't have that energy. We got to change things up a little bit defensively. We got to figure out what we want to do offensively, figure out what we want to do on nights when we don't have those legs or have that energy…You just saw an old damn team. I don't know how else to put it to you."

And, just like that, Kobe's season of awesome quotables continues! What will he say next?
