Well, this is certainly not what we wanted to hear when we woke up this morning! For three years now, we've been under the impression that Alex Rodriguez has a painting of himself as a centaur hanging up in his house somewhere (peep the thumbs to see the painting that we imagined). But, as it turns out, it's just a rumor. A-Rod says that he does not have the painting anywhere in his house.
"No, I do not have a painting of my upper body on a Minotaur [Ed. note: We'll assume he meant "centaur" here...]," he told the New York Daily News at Miami's Art Basel last weekend. "I don't know where they get that stuff."
Us Weekly, dude! They're always reliable. Plus, you totally look like the sort of guy who would have a painting of your upper body on a horse's lower body. So, we're definitely upset to hear that the whole thing is a lie. Sad face.
