Nissan Goes BIG to Gain Traction in Pickup Market

Nissan has never really succeeded with trucks. For 10 years, the Japanese automaker's flagship Titan has failed to gain a significant market share. Rather than give up, Nissan—like any prideful heavyweight—is continuing to fight into the later rounds.

The 2014 the Titan range will expand, pushing beyond the limited extended and crew cab versions with standard V8 engine available now. Nissan is aiming sight on buyers frustrated by lack of options and struggling to fulfil exacting desires on nationwide car lots.

Will it work? Perhaps if the current styling gets significant upgrade.
