What's one of the first things you're told when you are being taught how to fight? Keep your hands up. It may sound like common sense, but it's funny how that rule still seems to slip the mind of professional fighters like Rich Franklin, who during his fight against Cung Le in UFC: Macao, keep his left arm down long for Le to connect with a punishing right hook. 

Yikes! But hey, chalk this one up as a lesson learned... and a headache earned.
