We approve of anybody who is willing to put the time and effort into creating a car that he or she is proud of. That's said, we don't really understand the car builders who modify their cars to be so extreme that they cannot function properly as regular cars anymore. It seems like it's defeating the purpose.
Regardless, this is a video of the world's lowest road-legal car. It was made by a group of Japanese students who have just gotten their blurb of Guinness Book of World Records fame. It does look like a fun little machine.
