Russia and luxury car manufacture aren't' two things you think of in tandem. However, Russia is home to Dartz, maker of totally f'ing crazy SUVs which are preparing to essentially launch a new vehicle class of their own.
The new Nagel Dakkar, just previewed, is named after Andrew Nagel, the winner of the 1912 Monte Carlo rally. The care will be limited to 30 units in the next 2 years. That makes it more exclusive than a Lamborghini Urus or a Bowler. That makes it, essentially, the rarest SUV in the world.
