Following the United States' 119-86 victory over Australia today, most of the attention was on Kobe Bryant and his 20-point second-half performance. And while it was an impressive display, there doesn't seem to be enough focus on his teammate LeBron James. Not that he really needs it, but when you do something that has never been done before in U.S. Basketball history, you'd expect more praise amongst the press.

After finishing with 11 points, 14 rebounds and 12 assists, LeBron became the first player in United States Basketball history to record a triple-double in a game. Now, think about all the immense talent that has ever donned that Team USA jersey and none of them have ever done what did James pulled off today. But of course, if someone on this year's squad were to pull off such a feat, your money probably would've been on the statsheet filler that is Bron Bron, right?
