Ford Motor Co. new study finds that 99% of Americans believe they are good drivers. In contrast, Allstate (one of the nations oldest automotive insurance companies) discovered where motorists had the most accidents. Answer? Washington, D.C.

Down in the District, drivers crash 112.1% more than the average American. Baltimore and Philadelphia aren't far behind. (Come on, mid-Atlantic.) Boston, surprisingly, manages to miss out on the "bad" category, largely because there is no data provided from the state of Massachusetts.

The best places to drive? Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Boise Idaho.
