The Ambassador name was used on Nash's top-of-the-line models from 1932 through 1974, making it "one of the longest-lived automobile nameplates in automotive history." The 1956, as shown here, is another good example of the art deco movement with its radical front end and great two-tone paint combinations. The original 50s Ambassadors were designed by the legendary Pininfarina himself, receiving several prestigious design awards.
