Call it a joke, mistake or simply blame it on the beard, but for whatever reason, James Harden took to his Instagram account today to declare that he was traded to the New Orleans Hornets. Almost immediately, Harden deleted the post. But if there's one thing these athletes gotta learn, it's that people forget, the Internet don't. Right before the Thunder sixth man took it down, Royce Young was able to get a screengrab for the whole world to see.

Eventually, the Oklahoma City Thunder front office squashed the rumor stating that he was not traded. Maybe it was just a case of one of the many fake Twitter accounts playing a trick on another person's emotions. Seriously, those are getting ridiculous! OK, we'll get off our soapbox now.
