NBC just cannot win. Many people aren't happy with their tape delay rule. And when they try to keep the results mysterious for those that still desire the element of surprise, they can't do that right either. Last night, the National Broadcasting Company aired a promo for a heartfelt "Today" show segment that featured swimmer Missy Franklin meeting her parents for the first time since capturing the gold medal in the 100m backstroke. Aww. The only problem was that the race scheduled to air in 10 minutes. Yeah...guess we don't have to check that one out now, huh?
