Have you noticed the swarm of blue Citi Bank sponsored CitiBikes streaming about the island of Manhattan as of late? No, we haven't either, and maybe that's because the CitBikes program that was supposed to launch this month has been delayed, apparently until at least August, according to a tweet sent out by the program's official twitter account.
The NYC Department of Transportation has also apparently confirmed the delay directly via email with Transportation Nation, adding that the the program would not be rolled out all at once, rather over the course of months between August and Spring 2013.
