Scottish skate pro John Rattray took an ugly spill and tore up parts of his knee a few months back, putting him out of the skating game for while. During his rehabilitation, Rattray has started a blog called The Predatory Bird, where he posts, like every other blogger, random thoughts and videos of stuff he's into. These videos include old footage of himself shredding the streets and the below video, titled "The Lifestyle Promo," is one of those videos. Check it out, then hit the blog to soak in more of the self-proclaimed "grown man skateboarder's" awesome life, then hit his online shop for boards, gear, and other odds and ends.
