As any real New Yorker will tell you, oblivious idiots (a.k.a. everybody else) are a problem in the Big Apple. Jerks who can't drive, morons who don't know where to ride their bikes, and that quintessentially 21st Century New York problem: retards who talk while texting.
In an effort to combat the aforementioned plagues on our existence, the NY Department of Transportation commissioned the Knicks' Baron Davis to film the public service announcement above, in which he admonishes New Yorkers who fail to follow the rules of the road, all while bouncing a basketball (because unlike Carmelo Anthony a lot of people B-Diddy can dribble and look up at the same time). Of course the video also serves as a bittersweet time capsule, because Davis is walking in it.
