Proving a commitment to one of the world's fastest-growing car markets, GM has announced expansion of their factory in St. Petersburg, Russia. Originally opened in 2008, the facility is set to increase capacity from 98,000 vehicles to 230,000 vehicles by 2015. The GM Auto factory will produce Chevrolet and Opel models exclusively for the domestic Russian market.
