On Harper Ave. in Detroit a woman was carjacked by what she described as a 16 year old and a 10 year old. She was confronted by the pair wielding a handgun and was forced to hand over the keys to her 2001 Cadillac DeVille.
All we have to say is that the kids are decidedly not all right.
