This Russian cabbie was smart enough to try to avoid a pot-hole, rather than just driving faster and more dangerously like many of his countrymen. Unfortunately, a new pot-hole opened up where he happened to be driving; a three foot deep, water filled pot-hole.
His fellow cabbies said he was lucky, since the car didn't fall all the way in to the hole, but the cabby himself did. I wouldn't call any of this "luck."
This sure puts our crumbling infrastructure into perspective.
