James Foster exited a bar in Pullayup, WA this past Wednesday and saw a certain Daman Lehmen's vehicle. Foster complimented Lehmen on his car, and asked what kind of rims were on it. For some reason, the compliment/question combo pressed Lehmen's asshole button.
Lehmen punched Foster in the head. When Foster didn't fight back, Lehmen punched him in the head again, which knocked him unconscious and into the pavement. A witness said that Lehmen then bragged about his ability to "put people to sleep."
He was right about that last bit. Foster is still in a coma a week later, and Lehmen has been released on a $75,000 bail. Lehmen admitted to assaulting Foster, but pleaded not guilty to first degree assault.
