We've heard a lot of professional sports coaches talk about wanting to help their players grow up before. But, we've gotta admit: We've never heard of a coach taking this approach to do it.

Knicks head coach Mike Woodson is in the process of trying to get Knicks guard J.R. Smith to act like more of a professional out on the court. So, he's made some simple requests that he'd like Smith to adhere to. "I told him I'm not going to let him off the hook," Woodson said recently. "I want his shorts pulled up. I want him to look presentable. Be a professional. That's what it's all about."

Damn, coach. #koldgame! But, while you're at it, you might want to talk to young J.R. about his Twitter habits, too. Just a thought.
