It's the six years and running passion project of Frank Profera, a former New York City cabbie who is slightly (just slightly) speed obsessed. Frank used to drive a 900-hp Ford RS200 Evolution, but its 0-60 time of under two seconds was too slow for him, so he took this Lotus and tried to see if he could use some SoCal backcanyon roads as modified runways.
