Tim Tebow didn't want to play for the Jacksonville Jaguars. At least, that's what new Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan thinks. And he actually sounds glad that Tebow didn't want to come back home to Florida to play football next season. Reason being: He doesn't want anyone who doesn't really want to be on his team to be on it.

"That would have been the worst thing for Jacksonville and the worst thing for him," he said yesterday at the NFL's annual league meetings. "He didn't want to come, obviously...Any one of the 53 players we have, have to be committed to Jacksonville, making us be the best team we are. The question was: Did he want to come?"

Did he want to? Who the hell knows? Someone asked him that question during his press conference yesterday and he replied, "Blah, blah, blah, blah, EXCITED, blah blah blah blah..." But, if that's how the Jax owner really feels, then it's probably best that Tebow didn't end up with the Jags. Then again, if he's looking for 53 guys who want to play for the Jags over any other team in the league, he might need a reality check. Maybe 10 or 11. But, 53? You're reaching, sir.
