Max McGee, Green Bay Packers
Where: Super Bowl I, Los Angeles (1967)
Incident: Not expecting to play in the Super Bowl, the tight end violated team curfew and went out drinking the night before the game. He even reportedly told the starter Boyd Dowler the next morning, "I hope you don't get hurt. I'm not in very good shape."
Result: As luck would have it, Dowler was hurt on the Packers' second drive. Thankfully this version of The Hangover also ended happily with McGee catching seven passes for 138 yards and two touchdowns, helping the Pack win 35-10 over the Kansas City Chiefs.
