Less than a week after the San Francisco 49ers lost a heartbreaker to the New York Giants in the NFC championship, linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested for driving under the influence in Miami Beach, Fla. The San Francisco rookie—who had 14 sacks during the regular season (just a half sack shy of Jevon Kearse's rookie record)—was booked early Saturday morning and later released on $1,000 bond.
Damn, now we don't condone drinking and driving AT ALL but this would've been a little more understandable if it were Kyle Williams. That being said, Smith's "IDGAF" look in his mugshot definitely deserves a spot on this list.
