Yo, what in the hell? Did we miss something? Did we go to sleep last night and wake up in the year 2061? When did jet packs become a viable mode of transportation? Apparently, the good folks up at the University of Michigan know something we don't. Because on Saturday afternoon, they had a guy with a jet pack strapped to his back deliver the game ball for the Wolverines game against Purdue while Elton John's "Rocket Man" blared through the stadium speakers. Pretty cool stuff. But, um, if we've got the technology to use jet packs, is this really the best use for it? [via Lost Lettermen]
