From the Department of Jokes That Pretty Much Write Themselves comes this news from yesterday's college football action: The University of South Carolina Gamecocks were forced to change uniforms after the referees claimed that the numbers were too hard to read. The 'Cocks came out in their "Wounded Warrior" jerseys (part of Under Armour's "Believe in Heroes" campaign) in the warm-ups prior to their game with Auburn, when the refs invoked a rule forcing them to change unis. Dunno about you, but those numbers look plenty readable to us. Oh, and the worst part? The No. 10 Gamecocks were upset by Auburn, 16-13.
