Whoops! After leaving an NBA Players Association meeting in L.A. yesterday, Washington Wizards center JaVale McGee spoke with reporters, and said, "There's definitely some guys in there saying that they're ready to fold, but the majority are willing to stand strong." Probably true, but definitely not what the NBAPA wants its members saying in public. To make matters worse, McGee later denied saying it on Twitter, only to have multiple reporters produce audio and video of the exchange. NBAPA president Derek Fisher then threw dude under the bus, saying, "The person that spent the least amount of time in the room can't make that statement." Guess who's not getting invited to any more union parties?
