Football is widely defined by how big or strong you are. Rice's Jayson Carter is trying to put a twist on that assumption. At only 4'9 and 135 pounds, Carter may not look like your conventional football player but as he says, "if they ever come up with a device that measures the heart and put it on top of my head, they'll see that I'm 6'9."
