In the beginning-of-football-season marketing ploy to end all beginning-of-football-season marketing ploys, the newly formed WRNB 107.9 in Philadelphia is going to an all Mike Vick, all the time format. What this means since Vick doesn't make music or play music and presumably doesn't have time to DJ 24 hours a day, we don't know.
