Video: The 10 Most Ridiculous Dancing Coaches in Sports

If you think postgame rants are entertaining, wait until you see coaches trying to bust a move.

None

Players like Shaq, John Wall, and Dwight Howard get down to the beat all the time, and it's no surprise. The show gets really exciting when the men with the clipboards let loose and show off that two-step they've been working on. Whether it's a team unity building display, pumping up a fan-filled arena, or just getting in some exercise, these coaches weren't afraid to boogie.

Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy was the latest on display after the Cowboys took out Texas A&M in a huge win last weekend. Yes, it's that Mike Gundy. Instead of being behind a podium, Gundy was the center of attention in the locker room with his boys. With the music bumpin', Gundy didn't disappoint when he gave a taste of his best dance moves. To let coach "I'm a Man!" know that he's not alone, we tracked down video of the other Most Ridiculous Dancing Coaches in Sports...

You know why people are afraid to dance in public? Because of people like us who highlight and make fun of people like Michigan coach John Beilein and the ridiculous things that happen when the dial is turned up to 11. So, this time, we'd like to say good for these guys. More people need to be carefree like this.

9. Dance For a Chance

Creighton University's women's basketball coach Jim Flanery was in the Youth Emergency Services' Dance for a Chance fundraiser meant to serve homeless and at-risk youth. Sorry to tell you, Jim, but you should have practiced a lot more. Lifting your hat up and down on your head doesn't really count as dancing.

8. For The Baldwin

At a championship celebration, Eastern Washington football coach Beau Baldwin does a variety dance show including the wobble, brushing his shoulders off, the dougie and the soaring eagle. Thank you, sir, for that wonderful display of what 50-year-olds do at weddings.

7. Dance Like Nobody's Watching

The problem with dancing like nobody's watching? Sometimes people secretly are filming and willingly show EVERYBODY. Sorry, Virginia coach Mike London, this one should have been kept in the vaults.

6. Bo Ryan Tell 'Em

After "Lean Back" and before "The Dougie," there was "The Soulja Boy." You were doing it, we were doing, grandmas were doing it, and even some cocker spaniel somewhere did it. Naturally, Wisconsin head basketball coach Bo Ryan didn't want to be left on the bench, so he did it right and had somebody film him alone on the training court with dramatic lighting.

5. Nova Nation

We haven't really decided if flash mobs are cool or not, but when they involve Katy Perry, Villanova's basketball coach Jay Wright, and the school president, we're okay with it.

4. The Wildcat Wiggle

Okay, Matthew Mitchell! We see you gettin' your groove on in a track suit! We applaud this man. If there is one sure-fire way to get a pep rally going, particularly for women's basketball games, this is it.

3. The Hambone

This is on a whole separate level from dancing. Mr. Ryan is not just randomly moving his body while music is playing in the background, he is keeping in beat on perfect time and stomping the Wisconsin yard all over everybody.

2. Teach Me How To Gundy

The entire reason this list was made was based off this crazy outburst. For some reason Mr. "I'm a man! I'm 40!" thought it'd be a good idea to get low and hump the air amongst a huddle of his players. If he was trying to get us to think he's just a fun loving guy instead of a crazy interview lunatic, we're not sure this is going to do it.

1. The Hawaiian Haka

This is easily the coolest out of all these dances: 1. Hawaii basketball coach Gib Arnold wasn't afraid to do it right and take his shirt off. 2. You know it's official when he's got real choreography and lead dancers. 3. Where can we get a pair of those ankle decorations?
