Although paying this man is certainly a misuse of tax-payer dollars, it does look like a good time. There are still a lot of questions though. Is he really a cop, or is this role-play? Is she getting out of a ticket? Does this happen in Santa Fe often? How much are plane tickets? Does he have a big knob? We need to know these things. Mostly, however, we need to know why there are voyueristic desert mammals in New Mexico.
