Man, we forgot all about these! Back in the '80s, brothers John and Tock Coastacos created a line of classic sports posters that were designed to make pro athletes look even more like superheroes than they already did. And they did such a good job that they even made guys like Chuck Person and Bob Golic look like goddamned sports legends! (no shots, fellas...) From June 23 through July 30, a bunch of the posters will be featured at Salon 94 in Manhattan as part of an exhibit called "For The Kids."
