Some people don't know how to take a compliment very well. Fortunately for us, Zach Randolph isn't one of those people! Shortly after his Grizzlies mopped the floor with the Thunder in Game 1 of the semifinals of the Western Conference playoffs yesterday, Kevin Durant paid Z-Bo the ultimate compliment. "He's an animal," Durant said. "He's the best power forward in the league."
And Z-Bo's very Z-Bo-like response to those kinds words? "I got to agree with that," he said—straight-faced—before telling reporters that his underrated team is just as confident as he is right now. "A lot of people haven't seen the Memphis Grizzlies play...But we've been for real. We're just taking it one game at a time, but you know, we're thinking big. We ain't just thinking small."
