Shooter: Sean Eliott
Game: Game 2, 1999 Western Conference Finals
Sean Elliot was suffering from a kidney ailment which required a transplant later that year. He shouldn't have been playing. The inbounds pass was nearly stolen by Stacey Augmon. It shouldn't have been completed. Elliot caught the ball on his toes and had his heels touched the floor, they would've landed out of bounds, resulting in a turnover. Yet, Sean got off a three over a determined Rasheed Wallace and made it, giving the Spurs a one-point lead. That is a miracle, indeed.
