The hype for next month's NBA All-Star Game (February 20 in L.A.) is starting to build, with the starters announced yesterday. Today brings news and images of the 2011 All-Star uniforms, designed by adidas. Design aside, this year's main innovation is that, for the first time ever, Kobe and 'nem will have the option to wear either the NBA Revolution 30 (i.e., normal) jerseys or the super-skintight TECHFIT PowerWeb versions. adidas gave soccer players a similar option for the 2010 World Cup, but this is a first for the NBA. Like Guru said, the question remains: Which ballers will dare rock the nipple-hugging look on national TV at Staples Center? (Judging from our gallery, only D.Rose so far.)
