What You Need to Know: Kacey Lynch’s Bricks & Wood has recently collaborated on the K-Swiss Classic LV. The clean all-white design is a nod to the importance of the sneaker in Los Angeles culture. It has been given a premium upgrade with materials like suede, leather, and micro corduroy used across the upper. An icy outsole acts as a window to Bricks & Wood branding. The brand’s logo also appears stitched on each tongue in tonal lettering and “Enough is Enough” is written on the inner ankle collar. The release also pays homage to Lynch’s uncle and the first Black shoe designer at K-Swiss, Dazo Anderson.

What You Need to Know: Fans will get one more chance to score the “Grey Fog” Union x Air Jordan 2 at retail this Thursday. The grey and blue color scheme is getting a wider launch via Nike SNKRS. The iconic Los Angeles-based boutique has altered the Air Jordan 2 with details like canvas uppers, large branding tags stitched to the lateral ankle area, exposed foam on the tongue, dimpled ankle collars, and Union’s signature yellow tabs hanging from the eyelets.

What You Need to Know: The latest Reebok Answer 4 pays homage to one of Allen Iverson’s most memorable pregame tunnel fits. Ahead of his legendary performance in Game 1 of the 2001 NBA Finals, Iverson arrived to the Staples Center in a custom Philadelphia Eagles jersey adorned with his number “3.” This Answer 4, the signature shoe he laced up during the game, is dressed in a white leather upper with a shiny midnight green details to nod to Philly’s NFL franchise. The liner is covered in an all-over “I3” logo print to match the durag worn by Iverson in the tunnel that night.

What You Need to Know: Travis Scott x Nike collaborations return this week in a big way. The first set from Cactus Jack are brown and gold colorways of the Air Max 1. The iconic runner has been reimagined with new paneling, Travis Scott’s signature reverse Swoosh present on the lateral side panel, and a drawstring Gillie lacing system inspired by the ACG Pocket Knife. The outdoorsy take on the Air Max 1 is completed with rubberized Cactus Jack logos on each tongue and Cactus Jack flags stitched on each heel.

What You Need to Know: Alongside the Air Max 1s, Travis Scott is also releasing his reinterpretation of another ’80s classic from Nike this week, the Air Trainer 1. Brown and grey-based colorways are both up for grabs. Once again, Travis Scott’s version adjusts the paneling of the upper, which is constructed of durable materials like canvas. Other unique elements include a zipper pocket installed in the heel, reverse Swooshes on each medial side panel, and a removable shroud to help battle the elements. “Cactus Corporation” branding is stamped on the forefoot strap and heel.

What You Need to Know: The “Green Bean” Air Jordan 5 returns on Saturday for the first time since its original release in 2006. The non-OG colorway stands out for its entirely reflective upper.
