After playing a major role in popularizing the low-top cut for basketball, it came as a bit of a surprise that the Nike Kobe 9 Elite was not only not a low - it was a high high-top.
We know a low-cut version of the 9 is coming though, and now we are seeing the first look at images that claim to be just that. This shoe looks suspiciously like a modified version of the Masterpiece colorway of the 9 Elite, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be the 9 low.
