This past weekend marked the official release of Nike's Black History Month collection featuring apparel and a great variety of footwear. The celebratory collection included Black History Month sneakers for their biggest signature athletes, with the Zoom KD IV, Kobe VII and LeBron 9 all receiving the special treatment. The pack released in limited quantities all over the country and online, and immediately sold out leaving many out there empty handed.

Quite a few of our Sole Collector forum members were lucky enough to get their hands on several sneakers released as part of the collection, seen below in photos shared over the weekend. Most forum members went for the Zoom KD IV, while several others opted for the Kobe VII and LeBron 9.

Did you get your hands on the Black History Month Month Collection by Nike? If so, were the sneakers everything you expected? For those who didn't pick anything up, did you pass in anticipation of this month's "All-Star/Galaxy" releases?
