The MLB season will officially be under way this Thursday April 5th, so this edition of the Kicks on Cards Card of the Week brings to you Deion Sanders on the baseball field in his cleated version of the original Diamond Turf from Nike. The Diamond Turf released in 1993 and is still one of the most popular models of Nike Training's entire catalog. The Diamond Turf is also "Prime Time" Deion Sanders' first shoe in his long line of popular Diamond Turf trainers with Nike.
On this card we see an awesome shot of Deion, possibly stealing second base, in the on-field version of the Diamond Turf. Surely many of you have the trainer in your collection, but does anybody out there have a pair of these?
