Last week, Converse launched Kenny Anderson's first pro model with the company, the Converse KA-One. The classic Converse styling, which has been prepped for skate duty, was backed up with a teaser to the video LA to Vegas, a skate video paying tribute to Kenny's career and early beginnings in which his career path took him from his childhood home in Las Vegas to Los Angeles.
Thursday, at Crewest in Los Angeles, Converse and Anderson premiered the video and celebrated the release of the KA-One. On hand, were of course a bit of food and drinks, entertainment provided by the DJ, skate-inspired artwork, and without question, the suede, leather, and canvas of the Converse KA-One.
In a nutshell, the event could be described just like Anderson and his KA-One, balanced, simple and true.
