With Chris Mullin's number retirement ceremony last night, and the drama surrounding the Warriors fans booing team owner Joe Lacob and arguably ruining the ceremony (I was there, it was ugly.), we'll take one more look back at Mullin with this commercial from Nike. Like, the commercial says, Chris was the ultimate gym rat, and a true example of how hard work and great character can pay off. At last night's ceremony, MItch Richmond and Tim Hardaway spoke about how Chris was always the first to the gym and the last one to leave, which proves how accurate this commercial really is. Mullin's work ethic and determination to always improve is something a lot of today's NBA players could probably learn a thing or two from.
