With the whirlwind condensed NBA season now three weeks in, Brandon Jennings and the Milwaukee Bucks have already laced up for eleven games in just twenty days, jetting from city to city and coast to coast as part of this year's rough schedule.
Just last weekend, Jennings was back in his hometown of Los Angeles to face off against the Clippers, and he made sure to catch up with friends and family and check out his old stomping grounds at Rowley Park in Gardena.
While there, a close friend gave him this custom hand-painted "Compton" pair of his signature Micro G Bloodlines to celebrate the weekend return. You'll notice customized call-outs for his mother Alice and his son Legend along the midfoot straps, as well as a Compton road sign and his upcoming 'BJ3' logo along the toes. The acronym "A.I.S." can be found lettered atop the quarter, representing his "Alwayz Into Something" crew of his closest hometown friends.
While Compton is certainly the starting point of Brandon's path to the league, you can learn all about the inspiration and many details found in the Bloodline in our interview with Under Armour's Ryan Drew and John Humphrey.
