I'm not about to spring up here with some basic ass Dockers or other swagless variation of trouser and tell you they're worth a $400 pricetag. But there's only so much designers can do to a pair of pants to make them feature-worthy. Fortunately, Yohji always provides me a backup plan when I typically find myself writing about way too many sneakers and sweaters. The Y-3 Marvel Track Pants are definitely feature-worthy in my eyes. We all know joggers have grown in popularity, but joggers with added bungee cord cinches? That's some shit only Yohji could pull off. Like imagine, "Bruh, I really want to show off these sneakers and my pants already have a cuff on them, but I want to show them off MORE." That's where the ripcord comes in. I've never jumped out of a plane before, but I imagine when you yank the ripcord to tighten the cinch you'll feel like you're skydiving in on the haters from 13,000 feet above—that's the standard altitude for skydiving. I do my research around here. Tighten that shit up and onlookers will be forced to divert their eyes downward toward the hopefully weird Y-3 sneakers on your feet.
