The Nike Kobe X Elite will, like last year's Elite model for Kobe, feature a super high silhouette along with a Flyknit-based build.
Unlike the Nike Kobe 9 Elite though, this sneaker was created with recycled polyester yarn, which means that each pair is knit with the equivalent of five plastic bottles. Unfortunately, the Kobe 10 Elite likely won't get much on-court time from Bryant himself, but it's likely that other players around the league will bring the sneakers out.
Nike has officially announced three colorways for the sneaker so far: the Nike Kobe 10 Elite "Team" (release date 4/18), the Nike Kobe 10 Elite "Elevate" (release date 5/15), and the Nike Kobe 10 Elite "Rose Gold" (release date 6/5).
