The KD 7 will be going into Elite mode sooner or later, as Durant has been a part of that post-season collection for a couple of years now.
Giving us an early suggestion of what to expect from that shoe are these photos, which are billed as the first of the Nike KD 7 Elite from the wear-test sample stages (although the materials kind of give it an EXT vibe). The overall shape of the upper on the shoe is rather similar to that of the standard KD 7, but the midfoot strap is ditched and there are all sorts of circular perforations decorating the body.
