Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo did a lot of sneaker switching this season, even wearing Laker rival Kobe Bryant's ZKVI at various points. Ultimately, Rondo finished his 2010-2011 campaign wearing Player Exclusive colorways of Nike's Zoom Hyperfuse 2011. Arguable the inspiration behind the best Hyperfuse colorways to date, Rondo will see his road Hyperfuse 2011 colorway hit House of Hoops locations sometime this summer.
The face of Nike's Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 unveiling, Rondo's pair features a green synthetic upper with black mesh zones along the side panels. Black also works the inner liner and midsole, while white takes care of Swoosh branding on the lateral and medial sides, as well as the outsole. Once again, Nike opts for the simple Number 9 personalization on the tongue, as opposed to an actual Rondo logo. Finishing off the look below is a green rubber outsole.
No word on when exactly these will hit stores, but we'll keep you posted here at Sole Collector.
