A left foot stress fracture prematurely ended Rasheed Wallace's surprisingly productive comeback attempt with the New York Knicks this season. As a result, the 15-year veteran retired from the NBA for a second time back in April.
Though short lived, Wallace's stint in NYC inspired some great colorways of his signature "Sheed" Air Force 1 Hi and the updated Lunar Force 1 Hi. The Knicks-themed sneakers have been exclusive to Wallace and a select few VIPs — until now.
NYC Nike Sportswear retailer 21 Mercer sent out the teaser shots below, hinting at an exclusive release this Wednesday. Per the feed, we can expect a drop at 6:00 p.m. No additional information has been announced.
