For years, Staples Center has been the home of the Los Angeles Lakers, with the lowly Clippers being somewhat of a sideshow. However, the emergence of Blake Griffin is getting the team a little more respect at home. As great a player as Kobe Bryant is, the "Blake Show" has been the most exciting Staples performer this year, which is why he was named the first rookie All-Star since Yao Ming in 2003.
It's fitting that majority of Blake's highlights have come while wearing Nike's Air Max Fly By, because that's exactly what he does to opposing defenses. After taking a look at his Player Exclusive pair for road games earlier in the week, here's what Blake is rocking at home.
Opposite of the 'away' pair, this shoe sports a white Fuse-constructed upper with royal blue working the rear, tongue and outsole. Clipper red appears on the inner liner, laces, Swoosh and Max Air unit. Hyperfuse branding on the tongue and Blake's "BG32" logo on the strap are done in white.
