After an exciting week of college hoop action, the field of 68 has been narrowed down to 16 in the 2013 NCAA Tournament. The Sweet 16 tips off this Thursday, with games being played in Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Arlington and Washington DC. To get you ready for the next round, we're giving you a school-by-school breakdown of the uniform and sneaker brands each team is wearing this season.
As usual, Nike Basketball and its affiliate Jordan Brand hold a decisive advantage in the field, outfitting 11 of the 16 remaining teams. Oregon, Michigan State, Duke, Arizona, Ohio State, Florida, Florida Gulf Coast, Syracuse and Miami all wear Nike uniforms and sneakers. Marquette is the lone official Jordan Brand school in the mix, while surprising Wichita State has a unique arrangement in which the team pays for its Jordan uniforms.
Next up is adidas Basketball, who brings four schools into this week. Louisville, Kansas, Michigan and Indiana are all suited up in 3-Stripes and we may see more 'Impact Camo' as we near the championship game.
Holding things down for Under Armour is upset-minded La Salle, who topped Ole Miss last night to advance.
Read through for a closer look at each Sweet 16 team and some of the sneakers worn by star players thus far. March Madness resumes this Thursday at 7:47 p.m. EST.
